U13 match vs Finchfield

Our U13 side took on Finches badgers who were of a similar age apart from their two adults.
We started well with Connor tucking in a goal from Jake’s cross. We then lost shape and finches dominated through their adults, going 2-1 in front by half time despite some excellent work by Ben Barnsley.
After a half time reorganise and focus we made it 2-2 via a Dan Taylor short corner.
The game went end to end with both keepers making good saves with the occasional bit of Rajveer madness.
We deserved to be in front but conceded with just five mins to go. However, we then managed to equalise from a quickly taken long corner, James Wall sweeping in to make it a 3-3 final score.
A good effort. We have played better, but showed good spirit to come back twice.
