City Award For Old Wulfrunian

Richard Cartwright, Old Wulfrunians Club Captain and long serving member, was last week presented with the H E Lane OBE Memorial Trophy for his service and outstanding contribution to hockey in Wolverhampton.
The Wolverhampton City Sports Advisory Council's Awards of Merit and Memorial trophies presentation evening highlight the efforts of athletes, coaches, officials and administrators.
The Council Chairman Peter Holmes MBE said “The Awards of Merit recognise outstanding contributions to those sports represented on the Wolverhampton City Sports Advisory Council..."
Wolverhampton Mayor Councillor Christine Mills was on hand to present the awards at the event in the Mayor's Parlour.
