Boot Camp Update

This evening was our first boot camp session, and boy am I PUMPED!!
I guess it's hard to get many out on a Friday evening but a few tough guys turned up. And Tutton. Our man-mountain trainer Daniel attempted not to intimidate us by breaking us in with some gentle exercises but soon we were trudging around with a stretcher and flipping tyres across the field. An hour soon passed and we were asked how we all felt. No words came.
Actually since it's full body workout I felt okay afterwards and actually managed to walk back to the car!
Next week we have another session and I'd really like to improve numbers dramatically, so please put next Friday 7.30 in your diaries. If you want more details please see my previous boot camp post. It's open to all - members & non-members so bring your Granny. Some more oldies like me would be a bonus!
