Poor performance again, largely outplayed by a young leamington side, aided by a random not in Leamington kit, who was a very strong player. We seem to have lost the ability to pass and move and compete for the ball in midfield. In a rare break into the opposition half , ryan broke through and intended to pass to Jandu or Evans but in line with the general performance passed to their defender, who kindly put the ball in the goal. They then got reward for their pressure and quickly went two one up, in keeping with our Man UTD style of play we equalised just before half time, as Ed Thompson scored from a very tight angle. Second half started better with Ryan and Jandu completing some passes and Ryan finishing neatly. However we then imploded and were quickly 4 3 down, the fourth goal being scored from a ridiculous angle, after Luke and Elliot got their wires crossed. As with the previous week we then pressed and created some chances, eventually equalising as Hugh passed to Simon who crossed to Jandu who finally hit one at the goal 4 4 final score. Maybe this decline in form is linked to the decline in third team players attending training.
