| Match Report | Our 2nd outing of the Leaguer season this year, and all the player determinede to make up for last week loss. This week was away at Much Wenlock and playing on a deceiving pitch we started of with some nerviousness but after 8 odd minute George Jandu (last minute call up from the 3rds) collected the ball in the D, turned and reverse stick shot past the keeper to get us 1-nil up. Ludlow came back to equalise after Keeper Dill misread the speed of the ball! By half time we were 3-1 up. An even better and more settled 2nd half added five more goals with some good listening and passing between all players. Final score 8-1 to ourselves. Goals (not in order scored) George Jandu 1, Rob Hemmings 1, Haydn Rowlands 3, Chris Tibble 1, Stu Upton 1, Tom Ward 1.
Next week will be one of many blank weeks this season however we will play a freindly with another league team. Well done Lads, great effort |
