A good performance in the first half, only bad point being wasteful finishing, Ben Acton scored a penalty flick, after one of the Finchfield defenders had stopped a jandu short corner on the line with his foot. Unfortunately we went to sleep for the last ten minutes and finchfield converted two short corners, to lead 2 1 at halftime. The second half was a more balanced game but for the fact old wulfs had remembered where the goal was, Sam Colman scoring a cracker from an Elliot Gwilt cross, jandu senior snuck in three goals, and Tom ward , scored our sixth goal, again we went to sleep for the last few minutes of the half, and Finches scored another short corner, leaving the final score at 6-3. Elliot had his best game of the year so far, the league table is looking a bit better now after three wins in a row. |
