After a slow start, where we found it hard to complete a pass (the gwilts clearly distracted by their late arrival), Tom Ward put us in front with a neat finish into the corner of the Redditch goal. He repeated the trick five minutes later to put us two up. A nice team goal was finished off by Ed Craddock, soon after Martin Jandu converted a short corner. Four nil at halftime , unfortunately as last week we eased off after the break, running out six two winners in the end, with a goal each for the jandu's. Steve Rowlands saved a penalty, Stuart Upton put in a strong performance, Tom Ward had his best game for the thirds. George also played well but for the final pass, not that the pass was bad,he just didn't try to pass, a little bit selfish in the D, I blame the parents! |
