Match Report | The pain, the pain! Losing at redditch in the rain is one of the lowest points of a hockey player's life so I'm going to write this quickly before I fill the sink and fetch the razor. A bad start as Redditch took the lead with an error from me. Wilson struck back immediately with a beautiful reverse. Redditch retook the lead as Humpherson went over on his ankle and had to leave the game. The second half was 2-2 but such frustration as we played well at times only to lose our grip - it was a bit like England v France in Paris. The umpires had an assessor. I think you know what I'm talking about. A well known Redditch defender tried to decapitate Will, and received no punishment. Oh just go away. |
