4th Team Vs Newport 3s

4th team kryptonite again. Young fast players against our creaky old defence. 

But.. we scored first - a really neat move culminating in a superb finish by Jack Tolley. After that we struggled to cope with their pace.

Harry went off injured, Ray went off injured. Good job we had plenty of subs. 

Billy slipped, wiped out a Newport defender and for good measure cut his head open with his stick. I'm so proud.

Rithick took time waking up. Literally. He was in bed asleep at 12.00 and turned up to the game in an uber 20 minutes late.

We conceded some sloppy goals, but well done to Charles Nash for stepping up and playing in goal. He has played GK before but it was in the Victorian era. Unfortunately he couldn't wear his glasses with the helmet on so probably still thinks we won the game.

We had a few penalty corners but couldn't convert, and Billy nearly played in Rithick for an easy finish but the goalie spoilt it.
