| Match Report | Another day, another game against one of the Newport teams. Good job they're a friendly bunch really! We had a goalie shortage this week so I took it upon myself to kit up. It was a closely fought game and very evenly matched, meaning I had to make a few saves. At the other end, a certain elderly Welsh wizard did the same in goal for Newport. It was well into the second half when Jack Tolley scrambled the only goal of the game. We nearly scored a magnificent second with a sweeping counter-attack ending in a cross from Ray which Rithick couldn't quite reach. Great performances today by Jack and Simon, Charles and my man of the match, Lovepreet. |
