| Match Report | It was as previously against this opposition a tough combative but fair game against a strong Shrewsbury side. The first half saw all the goals. OW could in all reality have been stronger in defence but the opposition goals were well taken. Our hockey was improved with good passing and ball retention, Finn was as skilful as ever and Ted benefitted from saved shots managing to score 2 with Lewis very capably gambling on the beneficence of a stray shot to slot home his contribution. There were many positives from our play to take into the next match. Harry now leaves for new pastures in the Services with our best wishes. |
