Match Report | An equaliser with the last touch of the game from Owen Shave saved a point to take on the long trip home. We dominated possession but Buxton were quick on the break and opened the scoring with a smart pass that bisected the defence and a neat first-time finish. Two well-executed penalty corners put us in the lead thanks to Ablard and Hobley (who later broke his finger). Buxton levelled then took the lead from a penalty stroke after a shot hit Ben Humph in the head and sent him to hospital. Wulfs were down to 10 when Hobley was injured but showed real bulldog spirit to fight back and get a deserved draw. |
