Fifths assembled at Sutton Coldfield for introductions and planning on a cold afternoon and expecting a hard game against a strong Sutton team. The early exchanges were even and either side could have scored. We broke the deadlock from a short corner, scored another in open play before Sutton got one back from a follow-up to a short corner. Sutton continued to press and at times we got caught watching the ball but eventually scored a third to ease the pressure and ran out 3 - 1 winners. Robbie Thompson scored all our goals.
