Fifths lined up with a squad of 13 this week in marked contrast to 10 last week; unfortunately, Kidderminster could only muster 10 and so we started with an advantage in numbers. It soon became apparent though that Kidderminster had an advantage in pace and we were under pressure to retain positional discipline to counter their fast and hard hitting midfield and forward play. Although Kidderminster were always a threat on the break - and were helped by our tendency to follow the ball rather than the player - Barrie Sheldon chose today to be at his sharpest and completed a very welcome hat trick. James Fisher and James Wall both scored as well and we ended the game 5 - 0 winners; a good way to finish the first half of the league programme for this season.
