3rd Team Vs Telford & Wrekin 3

Playing against promotion chasing Telford the team produced their best performance of the season.

Joseph Mellis making a great return from injury , Sahib played well and put into practice some learning points from the previous week.

Dan and Jake combined well to create some one on one chances against the Telford keeper but sadly no goals  

Josh was  back to his best tackling the Telford winger in relentless fashion.  Ben provided the width on the right which had been missing for a couple of weeks. One of his breaks down the wing produced our goal. Using some advanced physics and simple harmonic motion he bobbled a cross over and between 3 Telford sticks for Jandu to tap in.

Craig made some nice saves on the rare occasions out defence of Rob , Coxy and Kram were breached,  which was not too often as this was definitely our best defensive performance , bolstered by the energetic return of Peter Beckett .

Ultimately we lost 2 1 in what was an excellent game , if we perform like this every week we will win more often than not.
