For our first league match, it saw us traveling over to Buxton, after the journey of almost 2 and a half hours of driving we finally arrived, quickly got ourselves ready and rushed onto the pitch. Both teams started off well pushing hard and trying to show who wants the game more, first play fell to Buxton by them winning a short corner, which we were very unlucky to concede on. Since going one goal down Old Wulfs where determined not to let the game slip and we kept pushing harder and managed to pull a goal back to draw the game with some great team passing. Both teams wanted the win but both were unable to convert on their chances, It was Old Wulfs who managed to score next but not long after we found ourselves back at a draw with some poor marking in the defense. But this made Old Wulf's fight more and managed to close the game up by scoring another two goals one from a short corner and another after some amazing team play to get through there defense.
