Match Report | Old Wulfs 1s slumped to yet another disappointing draw against Newtown. In what was a similar kind of performance produced in the three previous weeks, there doesn’t seem much point in labouring the points on where we need to improve. The facts are, with respect to Newtown, that we are a much superior side and should be winning a game like this by a wide margin. Unfortunately the facts are also that despite having complete dominance in the game, we again failed to covert enough chances and conceded two goals, when the only threat the opposition posed was from route-1 aerials. Things need to change, and fast. We play top-of-the-league Wolverhampton next. Man of the Match - Ben Humpherson |
