A late start away against league leaders Stafford 4 saw the fifths turn out with only four of the eleven players over the age of 16 - effectively a Badgers team - and Stafford had twelve adults. It was another tremendous team effort, with even the youngest players not overawed by our opponents. The game was played in an excellent spirit and we competed as well as we could - in the case of keeper Dan Jandu he competed well above both years and weight with an outstanding game that limited our hosts to only 6 goals. Alex Sankey grows in confidence and influence with every game. A tough afternoon, but we came away having done our best for the full 70 minutes but having lost 0 - 6.
