Another big game for OWHC at Aldersley against a table topping wolverhampton side.

The game started brightly with short corners won and wasted by both teams, OWHC's Ash Taylor missing an open goal on one and Shave/Daz struggling to get a final touch to scrape the ball over the line amid some last gasp defending on another.

A breakaway from OWHC took their striker one on one with the keeper and he duly dispatched the chance.

OWHC created chances but just couldn't find a final touch to convert as Wolverhampton displayed their characteristic scrappy and aggressive defending to keep OWHC at bay.

The second half was difficult for either sides, Wolverhampton challenged OWHC to come forward and allowed OWHC to control the game, but OWHC struggled to create much in the way of genuine goalscoring chances as their strikers toiled.

Another breakaway from Wolverhampton in the final 5 saw them win a fortunate short corner which led to a goal following a low drag flick.

This killed the game and OWHC were unable to find any response as Wolverhampton held firm.
