| Match Report | A bloody hard game this week and a loss of 2-1 for the last league game before the Christmas break. A win would of got us to top spot in the league but as other results came in we are now placed 3rd, 2 point behind the top 2 teams. Ryan got us of with a 1-0 lead and we battled through loads of short corners and strikes across the D etc but we could not get anymore. 1-1 at half time after Alan Brown had his stick stood on by the attacker who then got the ball over the goal. Horribly the umpire had seen the goal but not the offence before. 2nds half was hard pushing by both teams and it looked like a fair draw was going to be the result, until 2 minutes to go a short corner was awarded and grab the goal they did! Our 2nd loss this season. In the new year we start again chasing the 2 points and will keep fighting for wins and promotion!
