Match Report | A similar story to week one with a decent performance ending in a 3-0 defeat. Wulfs misfiring attack failed to score again but it wasn't down to any lack of effort; Matt litchfield made a welcome return in midfield but understandable lacked a little fitness after suffering from Brinchitis. Market Drayton's lively forward line of 3 were largely frustrated in the first period thanks to an organised defence lead by Humpherson. The opening goal was scrappy and emphasised Wulfs need to clear their lines quickly and efficiently. Lally was denied in the second half by the keeper from a drag-flick effort and Wilson cleared the crossbar with his trademark reverse hit. Despite little pressure and no penalty corners in the game Drayton showed their superior goal-scoring ability with two more goals.
